Helllllo!!! How are all you peepsss doing (lol my lame attempt to use amazing slang terms make me laugh) I just quickly wanted to do a post on the 21 day challenge im gonna be doing! Its basically a youtube thing, where for 21 days you do something thats challenging. Its scientifically proven that a habit, in an average humans mind can be formed from 21-28 days. Soo my 21 day challenge is going to mainly focus on getting up in the mornings at 4:30 AM and exersicing for 30 min, also reading for 30 min so i dont have to read for 3 hours straight later on and lasty to get 4 meals a day and no more! One of the meals being the snack. Soo i really hope i SUCCEED in this challenge and over come! I highly suggest that you guyz do this challenge too, its so encouraging! and i'll deff. be posting updates everyday on how im doing! Alright lovlies thats it for now!! Love u and stay healthy!!

My biggest inspiration to lose weight!
Hey everyone! Yes, yet another post! Well, i have an aunt who used to weight around 250 lbs! And in 2 years she lost so much weight and she was so determined and now weighs 110! She looks GREAT!, but dont you ever wonder where all these people get their inspiration from? My aunt lovesss watching movies and she said her motivation was wathchin her fav. actress in the movies! So i thot it would be a cool idea to share some of MY inspirations! And what DRIVES and INSPIRES me to weight loss! Here is a list of some reasons WHY i want to lose weight. When i wwant to junk out, i just recite this list to my self and i automaticcaly get away from the junk food.
1) To feel good
2) Get better health and be able to do activities that require a lot of energy
3) To be able to share clothes with freinds
4) Shop without worrying if things are going to fit or not
5) Inspire others
Well, these are some of the REASONS why i want to lose weight. But what INSPIRES me. Well, these two VERY LOVELY people are my GREATEST inspirations! Their names are Shanty and Jess. Now you may be wondering "why are you telling us this, we dont even know who they are" Well, you can get to know them! Hellooooooooooooo lovlies!!!!!! How was this week? hmm, i dunno lets seee. School wise this week was such a drag! I didnt not feel like going to school ALL WEEK!!! eating wise, i ate out once and i had talked about that in my previous post! Soooooo how much weight did i lose? How much did i gain? How may i doing so far?
HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEY!! Well HOW WAS I DOING TODAY?!? hmm well i was doing great this whole week mostly! but just now i went out to dinner with the fam! and i gained back the two pounds i had lost! IM SO ANGRY! i really hope i lose em as fast as i gained them! :'( NEVER GONNA MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN!!!! My next weigh in is in two days! SOOO, i really hope i lose it!!!! And next week im really gonna try and working on jsut SAYING NO! Its a challenge and i know i can do it!!

How was today?
Helloooooow lovliesss!!! How are all of you doing today!? I am doing great!! Today school was just blah! My bus was late because it broke down! So i got late to my bio class! 10-15 min late! I had to a remake quiz which im pretty suuuree i flunked! Than i had a free class where i just hung out in the library and relaxed! So the day so far was going well, other than the fact that i was DEAD SCARED about my american litrature quiz! Sooooooooooo i go to my chem. class and than i quickly finish Algebra homework during lunch (more like copy it) and eat my lunch (1 apple, since i woke up late i couldnt make lunch so i grabbed an apple), well AMERICAN LIT. was next and i was NOT ready for the quiz SOO i ditched class! I KNOW! I AM SO HORRIBLE! and than i went to Algebra! So i guess the day was alright! Tommorow im going to talke to my American Litrarute teacher and apologize for slacking in her class! Cuz my teacher is pretty cool, and i knmow she'll understand! Anywhooo this was my schedule today!

Heeeyy lovliess!!! How are all of you doing!! Err...me? Well im not doing THAT great! I did my first weigh in today and i weight 171 Lbs! YIKES! Today, was an alright day! I completely flunked my english quiz! And my History test went alright! I have a majoorrr headach rite now! Over all today was an alright day! But tommorow is gonna be AWSOME! My current mini goal weight is to weigh 155 lbs by June 17! Thats when im going on vacation!! 16 lbs to mi goal weight!! Today for breakfast i ate cereal and orange juice, for lunch i ate a salad and then...is when it got bad! I ate a burger and kitkat and a cinamen roll! YIKESS!! NOT GOOD! but im going to workout! Alright sweethearts! Thats my updat for today! ; )

Whats in my makeup bag!
Hello once again lovlies!! I have HUGE HUGE HUGE history test tomorwo but im avoiding studying! SOO i decided to a post on WHATS IN MY MAKEUP BAG! Im really, really into cosmetology and really hope to get into a good cosmetology school! But until than, im just going to keep you updated on my journy there!
My makeup bag doesnt really have anything EXPENSIVE since i do take it to school and i dont wanna break a blush that cost me like 30 bux to break into a billion pieces if accidentally drop it on the floor! SOoo here it is!

Get rid of that tummy!
Heey lovlies!! I hope all of you are doing greattttt on your goals and on your weightloss journey!! Today i just wanted to do a post of SOME of the excersices i do that work my stomach. Note i said some, because a few were very difficult to explain , and hard to find pictures! But the most effective ones are the ones i will be sharing with you right now! So lets get started!
Alright layddiess an' gents, doing atleast 10 or 5 or even 3 of each exercise here will help your body out! All you need is patience!
1) The very first, a very basic one; SIT UPS!! Yes people situps are your FREIND! they are noot your enemy! I do 25 situps everyday! Ofcourse thats now how much i began with! SO remember increase how much you do as soon as it feels too easy!
2) PUSHUPS! Yes another famoouusss ab workout! Pushups! these will really target not only your stomach but your thighs! I do atleast 10 everyday since i completely suck at them! Once again theyr yur FREIND!
3)THE BIKE! Hmm, the name MAY NOT sound familiar but it will make your STOMACH BURN! Bring one of your knees to your chest, and put your other leg on a 45 degree angle, or around there. Bring your head up and attach the opposite elbow to the knee. Do the same with the other side. I know its a little difficult to understand but i will be showing picures!
4)LONG ARM CRUCH! Alright laydies! this exerscie is amazing into losing those 2 pack flabs that always stick out when wearing a cute fitter shirt! Bring your head up and bend your knees, your feet are on the floor. Do your basic cruch but while getting up hug your arms to your knees! ONce again pictures will be shown!
5) Plank on elbows and toes! Alright this excersice is VERRY simple to do and works GRREAAT! Basicaly put your elbows and tows on the floor and lay flor facing the floor. THen push your whole body up and keep it there AS long as possible! Pictures will be shows!
6) And lasty a Verticle leg cruch! Alright once again very easy! focuses ALOT ON your stomach and on your thighs! Come your legs in the air verticle, or how much you can and do regular crunches! to make it harder to can bring your legs up and down while doing it!

Need motivation?
Hi there lovliess!! It just occured to me that previousy when i had lost weight i needed ALOT of motivation! and now that i have gained alot of weight AGAIN because of personal things, I now know how to get motivation and what things keep me motivated and inspired. For all of you laydies and gents out there who are losing weight and need that extra boost of encouragment, here are my top 3 motivation tips that ALWAYS help me out!
1) TALK to you freinds! Your freinds are the people your around the most outside your home! Theyrs always going to be there for you! And if they dont know what your goals are than they might not exactly know that theyr preventing you from it. If your freinds are skinny gyala (LIKE MINE ARE) or even if they arnt TAK TO THEM. Tell them your ambitions and belive me they will help you soo much! After telling my freinds about my weightloss goal, i find it SO MUCH easier because they too also tell me "Ria, cmone no icecream!" and it helps ALOT!
2) KEEP A MOTIVATION BOARD! huuh....motivation board??? Whats that? Well motivation board is a small board on the wall in your room, or wat ever room you spend your most time in! and put up all the things that motivate you! That way everyday when you wake up you'll see it and think to your self "IM GONNA HAVE A GREAT DAY!"

THE PLAN
Alright viewers (not that i really have any) but im just going to post up my PLAN to you for how im going to go about this weight loss. I know that when im on a goal, eiter it be weightloss, becoming a teacher, getting into cosmetology school or whatever i LOVE reading about other peoples personal plans, to see if they might work for me too! So since i love em so much i thought HEY maybe i can share mine as well! So here it is!
My plan consists of a total of 1.5 hour of excersise daily, 5 times a week. On the weekends i also get my 1.5 hours of excerise but i also do begginers yoga for 30 min!
I eat 4 times a day, Brekfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. I try to incorporate servings of fruits, vegetable, sugar (THE GOOD KIND, forexample low fat cookies). Now you may be wondering, okay why intake sugar when trying to lose weight??
Well my freinds, from personal experience i have learned that sugar is very important to the body, just like fruits and vegetable. Sugar gives that extra boost of energy, BUT only when consumed the right amount! If you eat 5 bars of chocolate your going to feel STUFFFED! but if you eat a low fat chocolate chip granola bar, that will give you energy.
I also drink lots and lots of water and green tea every night!
I make sure to get my 7 hours of sleep a day, so i can get my beauty sleep and feel awake when i wake up in the morning to exercise!
So, i really really hope this helped some of you out there!
REMEMBER ONE THING! YOU CAN DO IT IF YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO IT!!

About me!
Hello everyone out there who may be reading this. To begin my blog i thought it would be nice to tell you all a little bit about me. My name is Ria, and am a ambitious uni student. In the future I plan to be a teacher and further my eduaction in cosmetology. I have created thos blog mainly to let out thoughts and keep my freinds, family and ya'll updated with my progress in my goals. Which goals you may ask now? Well goals of weighing 110 pounds, graduating with atleast a 3.6-4.0 GPA, gettin as much knowledge as possible abuot cosmetology and much more!
