Need motivation?

Hi there lovliess!! It just occured to me that previousy when i had lost weight i needed ALOT of motivation! and now that i have gained alot of weight AGAIN because of personal things, I now know how to get motivation and what things keep me motivated and inspired. For all of you laydies and gents out there who are losing weight and need that extra boost of encouragment, here are my top 3 motivation tips that ALWAYS help me out!

1) TALK to you freinds! Your freinds are the people your around the most outside your home! Theyrs always going to be there for you! And if they dont know what your goals are than they might not exactly know that theyr preventing you from it. If your freinds are skinny gyala (LIKE MINE ARE) or even if they arnt TAK TO THEM. Tell them your ambitions and belive me they will help you soo much! After telling my freinds about my weightloss goal, i find it SO MUCH easier because they too also tell me "Ria, cmone no icecream!" and it helps ALOT!

2) KEEP A MOTIVATION BOARD! huuh....motivation board??? Whats that? Well motivation board is a small board on the wall in your room, or wat ever room you spend your most time in! and put up all the things that motivate you! That way everyday when you wake up you'll see it and think to your self "IM GONNA HAVE A GREAT DAY!"

3) Lastly when ever you feel down repeat these lines to your self. "I can do it, i know i can. If i coudnt i wouldnt have gotten this far" Trust me guyz just keep repeating it to your self and always walk away from the thing that prevents you from gettin to your goals!!
