Alright layddiess an' gents, doing atleast 10 or 5 or even 3 of each exercise here will help your body out! All you need is patience!
1) The very first, a very basic one; SIT UPS!! Yes people situps are your FREIND! they are noot your enemy! I do 25 situps everyday! Ofcourse thats now how much i began with! SO remember increase how much you do as soon as it feels too easy!
2) PUSHUPS! Yes another famoouusss ab workout! Pushups! these will really target not only your stomach but your thighs! I do atleast 10 everyday since i completely suck at them! Once again theyr yur FREIND!
3)THE BIKE! Hmm, the name MAY NOT sound familiar but it will make your STOMACH BURN! Bring one of your knees to your chest, and put your other leg on a 45 degree angle, or around there. Bring your head up and attach the opposite elbow to the knee. Do the same with the other side. I know its a little difficult to understand but i will be showing picures!
4)LONG ARM CRUCH! Alright laydies! this exerscie is amazing into losing those 2 pack flabs that always stick out when wearing a cute fitter shirt! Bring your head up and bend your knees, your feet are on the floor. Do your basic cruch but while getting up hug your arms to your knees! ONce again pictures will be shown!
5) Plank on elbows and toes! Alright this excersice is VERRY simple to do and works GRREAAT! Basicaly put your elbows and tows on the floor and lay flor facing the floor. THen push your whole body up and keep it there AS long as possible! Pictures will be shows!
6) And lasty a Verticle leg cruch! Alright once again very easy! focuses ALOT ON your stomach and on your thighs! Come your legs in the air verticle, or how much you can and do regular crunches! to make it harder to can bring your legs up and down while doing it!
