Alright viewers (not that i really have any) but im just going to post up my PLAN to you for how im going to go about this weight loss. I know that when im on a goal, eiter it be weightloss, becoming a teacher, getting into cosmetology school or whatever i LOVE reading about other peoples personal plans, to see if they might work for me too! So since i love em so much i thought HEY maybe i can share mine as well! So here it is!
My plan consists of a total of 1.5 hour of excersise daily, 5 times a week. On the weekends i also get my 1.5 hours of excerise but i also do begginers yoga for 30 min!
I eat 4 times a day, Brekfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. I try to incorporate servings of fruits, vegetable, sugar (THE GOOD KIND, forexample low fat cookies). Now you may be wondering, okay why intake sugar when trying to lose weight??
Well my freinds, from personal experience i have learned that sugar is very important to the body, just like fruits and vegetable. Sugar gives that extra boost of energy, BUT only when consumed the right amount! If you eat 5 bars of chocolate your going to feel STUFFFED! but if you eat a low fat chocolate chip granola bar, that will give you energy.
I also drink lots and lots of water and green tea every night!
I make sure to get my 7 hours of sleep a day, so i can get my beauty sleep and feel awake when i wake up in the morning to exercise!

REMEMBER ONE THING! YOU CAN DO IT IF YOU PUT YOUR MIND TO IT!!
